We have set out on a journey in cooperation with city councils, public agencies and NGOs in the region to establish a regional trademark capable of better competing in national and international arenas; to diversify tourism, extend it to all year round and cover the whole region... Using this vision all together to improve our regional strategies and acting together in marketing, we aim to create a clear image in promotions.  This is a long and exciting journey where we will all put our efforts together…

Delta of Civilizations: A unique geography around the Meandros Delta which has been cradle of civilizations with a common 3.000-year past… Meandros (Turkish: Menderes, Antique: Meandros, Maiandros, Meander): The Meandros River, the river which determined the fate and history of the region, famous for its legends in mythology… the Meander Figure: The antique motif of the region which depicts the twisting and turning path of the Meandros River and embellishes the Temple of Apollo… and the Medusa: One of the best known images of Turkey in the world…

In short, we have in hand a very powerful trademark for Regional Tourism with Culture and Nature Theme...
